The directory uses a publication workflow designed to make uncertainty visible instead of smoothing it away.
Publication rule
An entry is public only when its exact revision has been reviewed and marked published. Later edits do not silently change an earlier snapshot.
Evidence handling
Source links are shown only when they have been explicitly approved for that record. An absent link means the site has not established a public reference, not that one cannot exist.
Corrections and gaps
Records may remain concise while documentation is incomplete. We prefer a short truthful record to a full-looking profile built from assumptions.
